When you join Snap Fitness Browns Plains, you also receive complimentary access to the extensive network of Snap Fitness gyms throughout Australia (and even internationally!)... So no matter where you travel, you can stop in for a workout.

The club has a large cardio theatre with treadmills, x-trainers, bikes and rowers.  All cardio equipment has their own personal touch screen TV allowing you to watch your favourite TV shows while you exercise!

We have an extensive range of pin and plate loaded Matrix strength equipment, and our touch screen operated Fitness on Demand system means you can enjoy any group fitness class whenever YOU please - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - work out whenever it’s convenient for you! We also offer live fitness classes included in your membership (run by our PT’s) which cover boxing, pump, boot camp, circuit training, abs and spin!

The club is unique in that we offer a full extensive range of free weights including dumbbells up to 50kg, ezy and straight bar up to 37.5kg, bench press, Olympic bars, cable and Smith machines and 2x squat racks with integrated dead lift platforms.

We also have a body function/stretch room that consists of kettlebells, skipping ropes, plyo boxes, swiss balls, dyna bands and more!

If you need a little extra help achieving your fitness goals, or don't really know where to start - then book in with one of our certified Personal Trainers.  Our trainers can design a personal program tailored to your individual fitness requirements, with one-on-one training sessions to help fast track your results.

Membership is an affordable $13.95/week, debited fortnightly from your nominated account, best of all it's month to month, simply give 30 days’ notice without any penalty.

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas!!

  • Bootcamp

    Bootcamp is . . . 1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.
