We are located at 123 Browns Plains Rd, Browns Plains, QLD. Our opening hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Snap Fitness Browns Plains offers the latest in Cardio equipment, pin and plate loaded strength equipment, personal training and specialist group fitness classes including Boxing, yoga, Zumba, Spin, Pump, abs & much more!


The club has a large cardio theatre with treadmills, x-trainers, bikes and rowers.  All cardio equipment have their own personal touch screen TV allowing you to watch your favourite TV shows while you exercise!


The club is unique in that we offer a full range of free weights including dumbbells up to 50kg, ezy and straight up to 37.5kg, bench press, Olympic bars, cable and Smith machines and 2x squat racks.


We also have a body function/stretch room that consists of kettlebells, TRX bands, skipping ropes, plyo boxes, swiss balls, dyna bands and more!


Membership is an affordable $13.95/week, debited fortnightly from your nominated account, best of all it's month to month, simply give 30 days notice without any penalty.

    Tabata is . . . still the number 1 way to smash fat fast and increase your fitness level! A popular favourite and a fun environment.

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.
