We are located at 37 Bowman Road, Caloundra, QLD on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Our air-conditioned club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience and now boast over 22 group fitness classes a week and a Creche. We literally have something for everyone, every fitness level, every age no matter what the goal we have you covered.
Our club offers complimentry spotting (during staffed hours) along with a training buddy program.
In addition to the world class facilities, we offer a team of highly qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals.
