Welcome to the Chermside Snap Fitness website!

This March all new joiners gets their first two weeks free off their Gym Membership!

Plus we have launched two new classes. Bike and Functional Training. Both are worthy classes that will leave you gasping for air, yet loving every second! Check them out in our news section! 

Snap Chermside is located at Shop 831, Gympie Road, QLD and we are open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

In addition to world class equipment and facilities, we have a team of professional personal trainers to keep you motivated and ensure you reach your fitness goals. Chermside Snap Fitness has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.

Our cardiovascular machines are equipped with TV screens and ipod/iphone connections. We have a full range of free weights, including dumbells ranging from 1-50kg, pre-loaded barbells from 10-37.5kg, pin-loaded machines, pre-loaded cable machines, squat rack, Smith machine, flat/incline bench press, and benches.

We also have a range of medicine balls, resistance bands, skipping ropes and Swiss balls in our Functional training area.

We also have shower facilities so you can train before work or an important function!

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.
