Our Group Fitness Timetable offers fun and motivating classes for all fitness levels. Classes include Zumba, Cardio Box, ABT, HIIT, Tabata, Spin and Full Body Circuit.
Child minding is offered on the following days for only a small fee, however our kids room is open 24/7.
Monday: 9am - 12pm & 5pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday: 9am - 12pm & 5pm - 7:30pm
Wednesday: 9am - 12:00pm & 5pm - 7:30pm
Thursday: 9am - 12pm & 5pm - 7:30pm

Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Our club overs a flexible membership rate with month to month contracts. Memberships are on sale at the club Monday to Thursday from 9am untill 7pm, Friday 9am untill 3pm & Saturday from 8:30am till 12:30pm.
