Our Group Fitness Timetable offers fun and motivating classes for all fitness levels. Classes include Snap Pump, Cardio Box, ABT, HIIT, and Spin.

We also have the 24 Hour Virtual Fitness on Demand system.


Child minding is available Monday to Saturday from 9-12pm for only a small fee, however our kids room is open 24/7. No need to book!




Our club overs a flexible membership rate with month to month contracts. Memberships are on sale at the club Monday to Thursday from 9am untill 7pm, Friday 9am untill 3pm & Saturday from 8:30am till 12:30pm.  Please feel free to call our Club Manager, Kalym, on 0432435113 to arrange a personal viewing of the club.
