Welcome to SNAP Fitness Kensington!

 

At Snap Fitness Kensington we pride ourselves on our friendly and open community, where all walks of life can train together and get the most out of their gym time.

For members this doesn't mean that the gym is closed for those of you that are members! Your access cards will allow you access even while we are away. We hope you continue to enjoy the gym over this period and hope to see lots of healthy smiling faces when we return!

MEMBERSHIP

In addition to our MONTH-TO-MONTH membership system and our world class facilities we have an amazing personable staff to look after you including a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated and to ensure you reach your health and fitness goals. Our PT's cater to everyone from the most elite of athletes to the just starting out. The personal training team can tailer a workout and dietry plan specifically for you and your health and fitness needs and goals. 

Coming back from injury or surgery? Our team can help you in conjuction with your other health practitioners to boost your rehab and get you back on your feet!

FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT

Snap Fitness Kensington boasts over 35 pieces of cardio equipment (Treadmills, steppers, cross trainers), an extensive range of Pin loaded, free weights and cable machines, a power lifting room with 2 platforms and we also offer over 26 group fitness classes per week including: Strength, Tabata, stretch & core, boxing, cycle, Zumba, Step and more!

Group Fitness classes are also available for free with your membership. Kensington Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.

Spaced over two levels and more than 1200 square meters, Snap Fitness Kensington is no "hole in the wall" gym.

    Bootcamp is . . . 1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Fit Box

    Fit Box is . . . Blast your way to fitness with your friends and have fun at the same time. This class combines boxing and exercise. high energy and lots of fun for all fitness levels

  • Variation Training

    Variation Training is . . . Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • Tabata

    Tabata is . . . still the number 1 way to smash fat fast and increase your fitness level! A popular favourite and a fun environment.

  • Abs Blast

    Abs Blast is . . . Smash your Abs, Butt & Thighs in this full on 30min session

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.
