Simply let yourself into the gym with your Personal Access Card with the comfort of knowing your safety and wellbeing is being monitored 24hrs a day.

Our friendly staffed are on hand most of the day to assist you in any way they can. We can also arrange tailor made fitness programs to help you achieve you fitness goals fast.
Cardio- We provide eay to use technogym equipment that include TV screens, IPod and Iphone connection. This includes treadmills, x-trainers bicycles, stepper and rowing machines.
Free Weights- We have a full range of free weights including dumbbells, barbells, olympic bars, bumper plates, squat racks, cables, assisted machines and more.
Pin Loaded Equipment- We provide ergonomically designed state of the art machines to guide you through the correct rage of motion.
Fitness On Demand- Our Group Fitness Studio is available 24/7 with an endless supply of fitness classes to suit all levels

Stretch and Mobility
Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.
Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.
This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.
