Born in the Navy Seals - TRX is the original Suspension training system. It will give you one of the best all over body workouts because you'll be engaging many large and small muscle groups to fight gravity! There are 100's of movements, and with simple adjustments TRX can accommodate absolute beginners through to elite athletes.
Stretch and Mobility
Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.
Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.
