Snap Fitness Roselands boasts over 20 pieces of cardio equipment with Treadmills, steppers, cross trainers and rowers, an extensive range of pin loaded, free weights and cable machines. We also offer group fitness classes including: Functional Strength training, Stretch & Core, Women on Weights, Boxing, and more!
Group Fitness classes are also available for free with your membership. Roselands Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.

This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.
