Snap Fitness Roselands boasts over 15 pieces of cardio equipment with Treadmills, steppers, cross trainers and rowers, an extensive range of pin loaded, free weights and cable machines. We also offer group fitness classes including: Functional Strength training, Stretch & Core, Women on Weights, Boxing, and more!
Group Fitness classes are also available for free with your membership. Roselands Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.

Women only weights is WOW . . . . Strictly female only weight class designed to empower women to benefit from strength training, and become comfortable in the weight s area. pink towels are used to reserve benches, equipment etc
Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.
Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.
This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.
