We are located at 1206 Canterbury Road, Roselands, NSW.  Right next to Subway.  Our opening hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We have great membership rates for the whole family, our prices start from $14.95 per week.

• High Intensity Circuit Class - Wednesday @ 7:00 pm - with Vincent
• W.O.W. Class (Women on Weights) - Tuesday 6.00 pm - with Philomena
+ Circuit Training - Saturday 10am - with Phili.

Please note that NO GUESTS can be bought into the Club when it is unstaffed.  Remember fines will apply.

 

Our team offer a wide range of training, catering for all fitness levels, to help you get started & keep you moving along your journey.

    Variation Training is . . . Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (A.B.T)

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas!!

  • Fit Box

    Fit Box is . . . Blast your way to fitness with your friends and have fun at the same time. This class combines boxing and exercise. high energy and lots of fun for all fitness levels

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.
